Over Two Years Later
December 1, 2010 - May 1, 2013

The Etobicoke/York Committee of Adjustment in a July, 2011 Hearing granted the Bozinoffs a "Minor Variance" allowing them to move their proposed Mega Mansion forward of the normal front setback line !

The Decision was inexplicable and outrageous.

However, that variance was appealed by local residents to the OMB.

This hearing took place on November 29th., 2011 and the decision was in Mr. Bozinoff`s favour

However, he has yet to proceed with construction on the boarded up empty lot that was purchased nearly four years ago for $1.79 million dollars.

Why Not remains an open question.
